EQ Assessment & One Hour Debrief with Carolyn Stern

Ready to kick-start your exploration of emotional intelligence? 

This EQ assessment uses the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0®)—the world’s leading measure of emotional intelligence skills. This web-based assessment consists of 133 questions and usually takes 20-30 minutes to complete.

The focus on this assessment is to collect information on your leadership effectiveness. That being said, you are encouraged to be honest and accurate while completing the assessment to ensure you can make the most of this professional development opportunity.

Once done, you will receive a 27-page report, filled with eye-opening revelations. But that's not all! You will then have a one-hour virtual debrief session with Carolyn Stern, a Certified EQ and Leadership Development Expert. She will help you delve into your EQ assessment results.

Please note: It is imperative that participants understand that the results of their EQ Assessment are kept entirely confidential and will only be seen by themselves and their EQ coach, Carolyn Stern.
